District and School Association Workshops:
The Cultivating Happier Schools Project

Kathleen works with School Associations on cultivating greater happiness within their schools. She is available for team and faculty meetings, trainings and webinars. Some feedback from her work:

“Thank you! Feeling re-energized and ready!”

“It is affirming, inspiring, and comforting to know that others are having a shared experience and managing challenges in different ways.

“We agreed to continue meeting as our school-based cohort to really dig into ideas that are right for our school's culture.”

“Big time for opportunity!”

“SO valuable. I'm so inspired to do promote/practice this in my school.”

“Time carved out for these discussions is hard to find- the ability to have it embedded in the workshop was wonderful. We were able to have a conversation that felt productive and opened the door for continued conversation. “

“I so appreciate the careful, measured, and insightful way you have worked with our staff to help us see areas where we each could do better and contribute to the greatness that we have and want to improve! Seeing the staff as a system and helping us make intentional shifts or see things differently is so valuable. “
